Not long ago, I was exactly where you are; experienced, driven, and dedicated to making an impact, yet quietly questioning if I was truly leading at my full potential. I thought influence and confidence were traits reserved for others; the born leaders, the naturally persuasive voices in the room.

I had built a successful career in cybersecurity and risk, but not a sense of fulfilment. I told myself, “Maybe this is just how leadership feels: pressure, uncertainty, and endless demands.”

Those same principles now anchor my coaching approach: helping cyber, digital risk, and audit leaders turn their expertise into influence, build confidence that commands trust, and lead with integrity in a world defined by uncertainty.

Within a year, I transformed my career and reclaimed my energy, direction, and confidence, and I’ve since guided others to do the same.
